I don't think dreamers are those that change the world - it's the doers.
Don't get me wrong, dreams are awesome - but a dream without action is dead. Inaction will waste a lifetime.
To put something in action will require hard work and determination - something a lot of people are deterred by.
In our society we all want money to just fall on our laps - we have "How to become a millionaire" books, speakers, everything. We have the lottery, game shows. Everyone wants something and they want it now.
No one wants to earn their wealth (or dream), many believe they are entitled to it. People often think it will just happen one day.
Some people have grown too lazy and complacent to actually achieve what they want to do with their lives.
Anyway, enough of that rant on on to answering your question.
My dream is be successful in business. To be able to use created wealth to help others and sow back into the community.
It will take a while before this dream is realised, but I believe I have the means to do it. Having recently started my company.
I know there are going to be huge steps and learning curves in achieving this goal. I know for the first year or so, every dollar earned will have to put back into the business to help it grow. To get it to where I need and want it.
Oh, I forgot to ask.
Since you've obviously been thinking about, what's your dream?
Well my dream is to fly aeroplanes. I would like to help the community as well (in Africa) through education and agriculture. This is why i am trying to save some money to go on an ozquest to Namibia.
It is good to see that you are willing to put in the hard work but some people need a goal or (dream) before they are motivated to do anything.
I know with your determination and nouse that you will do very well.
I agree that some people require a goal or dream in order to get motivated.
I think also that an unrelenting passion in what you do and in what you want to achieve is also a very necessary thing.
No one should be able to talk you out of what you want to do. No negative thing should dissuade you from doing something that you are passionate about.
I look forward to seeing others comments on this.
My dream....in short
I want to help every aussie church reach out more. I think every church is capable of helping someone or numerous people find God.
I want to help every church rise to and increase it's potential to make an impact in it's community
